Lets talk about corporate fitness, we are talking about a large company or a group of people who work on office hours being more mentally tired than physically.

To add on to that, they are one of the group of people that end up with many severe injuries or strains especially towards the spine.
.
.
And this isDue to long hours of sitting, and being unaware of the precautions .
As you can see in this picture i am assisting and explaining to them , the importance of spinal placement. Just by a simple modification in their daily postural habbits, not only they are learning to prevent injuries but also to find their way around their injuries and still exercise and reduce the risk of further injuries.

Being said that, THESE AMAZING PEOPLE ARE DOING A GREAT JOB AND HAVE BEEN VERY SUPPORTIVE...
